ABOUT DR. IHDE
I believe first and foremost in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Through honest and warm communication I create an environment where clients can feel supported and cared for as they begin the work of psychotherapy.
I work with each individual client to understand their unique needs and develop a treatment plan tailored to help them meet their goals. Clients can expect an integrative approach to treatment informed by cognitive and relational theories. Sessions are focused on helping clients to develop healthy coping skills and new patterns of thinking and behaving which can lead them to better overall health.
